A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator for a prestigious house builder with an excellent reputation. This is a great role for someone with first class customer service skills looking for a new challenge.
Duties include:
Making sure the general presentation of the site and that of the sales development is maintained to a high standard.
Be able to give full and accurate information to purchasers at all times.
Conduct viewings with potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site.
Ensure visitors and potential purchasers to site are aware of the companies Health and Safety Policy and they are always accompanied by a sales representative.
Maintain accurate records using the company in-house CRM system.
Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
Requirements
* You must have either New Home Sales or Estate Agency Sales experience
* A car driver is essential
* Experience of working with international buyers an advantage
