Meet the trainers
Penny Tillott is a highly experienced New Homes Sales Trainer who delivers training with infectious energy and enthusiasm, supported by in-depth technical and industry knowledge.
Penny has worked with teamsales since 1990, initially working on site for all its major clients. In 1998 Penny shifted her focus to providing training for teamsales. She is particularly well regarded for her superb New Homes Sales Induction Training Courses.
A graduate of Warwick University, Penny’s career has progressed in a range of people-focused businesses, including recruitment for Alfred Marks and as a Manager for Wates Estate Agency. She has also achieved considerable success working directly with a number of New Homes Developers including The Barratt Group, The Countryside Group, Jennings Homes and Bowey Homes.
Sheree Owen is a professional Executive and Management Coach and Trainer. For the last five years she has been providing training courses and coaching solutions aimed at improving staff performance and business results. Skilled at managing and motivating staff to perform to their best and achieve exceptional levels of customer service, Sheree has achieved excellent results through training workshops in a variety of market sectors.
Sheree has a wealth of experience gained at senior management level working at the top end of the leisure market. She has also had first-hand experience of property sales, working within estate agency for Barnard Marcus and for a wide range of New Homes Developers through teamsales, including Antler Homes, Bewley Homes, Bryant, Bovis, Charles Church, Pegasus Retirement and Try Homes.
