CSCS Cards - Don't Restrict Your Options
You will, no doubt, have heard about the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Health and Safety test. It has been designed to ensure that everyone in the construction industry has a minimum level of Health and Safety awareness.
More and more of our clients, as part of their selection criteria to work on site, are requesting that all Sales Negotiators (including Temporary Workers) hold a valid CSCS card. It seems that this trend is set to continue and is likely to become the industry standard in the very near future.
We therefore strongly recommend that you apply for the card as soon as possible in order to ensure the best possible chance of securing new homes sales assignments. The application process is really simple and once you have the card it can only serve to strengthen your marketability as a fully compliant sales negotiator.
