The teamsales network now includes over 2000 sales consultants operating across the UK. That is a sizeable team by anyone’s standards! The benefits of our network are huge. Not only can it provide endless opportunities to get valuable insight into the new homes industry and effective sales techniques, it also provides a support network of like-minded individuals.
It is important that we all remember that we are part of an extensive team. Although, many of you are operating individually on site (so it may not always feel like a physical team), we all have a role to play in supporting each other, being ambassadors of the teamsales brand and working towards our common goal of delivering outstanding service to our Clients.
Here are some simple ways in which you can help inspire and support your fellow team members
· Feedback any local intelligence you have
· Share your experiences that could be useful to others
· Put forward your nominations for teamspotlight
· Write an article for teamspirit sharing your experiences, giving hints and tips
· Help new negotiators – we were all there once!
We are happy to circulate useful information on your behalf to the rest of ‘the team’. Just think about any info that may be useful to others when you complete your timesheets at the end of the week. We’ll do the rest!
