	Job Description:
	Our client is an award winning nationwide house builder and with ongoing developments and large landbank for future developments. The design of the homes has a consideration towards the local area in mind and are built and marketed by local teams. The developments in each area look to resource local teams for the design, construction and marketing understanding local knowledge is a powerful commodity when aiming to give the best on each site. This framework has been very successful and demonstrates respect for the local environment is maintained. Two new positions are available Sales Negotiators. Working at the same site the team requires one full time member and a part time to support. The site has over one hundred units and whilst a third has been sold the development is still offers plenty of scope. The market will be mixed including sales of up to five bed properties and units ranging in price from £300,000 to £410,000. The right candidate will be experienced in working in a demanding busy environment developing sales leads, offering viewings, pushing progression through to completion. Successful candidates will be energetic, positive, creative, target driven and independently motivated to succeed. A versatile approach to customer needs is key to producing new sales and achieving results.
