	Job Description:
	Our client has a network of house building divisions located throughout the UK and they keep in mind practical priorities for the people living in their properties at every stage of the process; from designing and planning to the final finishing touches. Due to an internal move, there is the now a fantastic opportunity to work in a team of two on a lovely mixed site. The first phase of the site has 42 units to sell initially (2 bed apartments with 3/ 4 Bed townhouses to follow). The successful candidate will be running the site with one other Negotiator. They will need to be confident at all stages of the sales process, including strong sales / negotiation, progression and admin skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
