	Job Description:
	Our client is a house builder with developments open throughout Britain. Their homes are designed with the local area in mind and are built and marketed by local teams. It is through this that the company remains close to its customers and can make key decisions about design, build, materials, planning and marketing in response to local and not national demands. Respecting the local environment is important to this client. We are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to sell a new site which is due to launch soon. You will be working alone on a single manned site, initially selling off plan. Our client looking for someone who is well presented, tenacious and confident when dealing with customers .You will be sales focused, ambitious and passionate about sales and property.
